5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent No-Lick Invitation Envelopes
These envelopes fit invitations that are 1/4 of 8.4x11 sheet papers. In other words, if you fold a sheet of 8.5x11" copy paper twice (once lengthwise, once widthwise) and use the little rectangle as your invitation, this is the envelope for you!

The white is a nice colored bright white, weight of the paper is not too flimsy, and adhesive-seal is lick free...

3.0 out of 5 stars So-So Envelopes
These are average inexpensive grade envelopes. They are not heavy or thick enough to fully hide the contents. While they do fit a quarter-folded US letter sheet, as many reviewers have pointed out, they are not high enough quality to send out important invitations. The box I purchased is getting returned.

Bought these envelopes to match personal notecards I was making. Fit perfectly, a good stock/thickness and love that it's a "grip seal" so I don't have to spend hours licking envelopes!

They stick shut, they stay shut, and they get where they need to go without the contents falling out. They also went through my laser printer looking good with no problems, and no smearing. Another set of envelopes (different type entirely) had a very large 45-degree flap that kept tearing in the printer's mechanisms.

I made my own thank you cards for my baby shower but did not have envelopes. These were great, could have been a tad smaller but got the job done. I like the self sealed aspect as I didn't have to lick 50+ disgusting tasting envelopes!

These are space age design envelopes that self stick. Amazing I have never seen anything like it. They are tough and they don't even have to take a "lickin". Recommend highly for invitations, thank you's and letters of interest.

Perfect size for making your own cards out of regular typing paper cut in half and folded. Made our Christmas cards this year by scanning in pictures our kids drew and photoshopping them into one card. Everyone loved them! The envelopes are great!

I have a computer program where I can make quarter fold greetings cards on my printer and I was worried that I couldn't find an envelope that the cards could fit into until I found these on Amazon.com. These invitation envelopes did the trick!

I bought this item to be able to send out custom cards. I moved and created my own "we've moved" cards, printed them on my home printer at a fraction of what the other websites charged me. Great for making your own custom greeting cards.
