It has a nice rich somewhat nutty flavor.
I use it primarily for dipping bread and for salads, as the flavor is too good to use for cooking - I use my regular supermarket olive oil for that.
Columela Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 17 oz I have tried many olive oils and this one is absolutely the best olive oil I have ever tasted.
Very good, but an olive flavor is pronounced. It is definitely a cold pressed oil, good for a desirable olive flavor.Published 3 months ago by Deborah Wilson
Highly rated, but I use grape seed oil now which I like better... But product is very good EVOO. extra wordPublished 6 months ago by LLWAS

Oil is very pleasant to the palate Fruity with a distint olive taste, which is what I was looking for. Excellent product. Far superior to any Italian EVO I have tried.Published 22 months ago by E. P. Ovaduke
This was a great tasting olive oil and worth every penny. I loved the fact that it used a cork instead of a screw top which kept the flavor in the bottle better.Published on December 15, 2011 by Julie Johnson
One of the many extra virgin olive oils we've tried- each bottle has been reliably excellent!Published on September 24, 2010 by Linda
I've just finished my first bottle. It's a 4/5, great value, pure simple extra virgin goodness. Not earthy, a bit on the young side.Published on August 23, 2010 by Taokane
