Need to include more on women judoka,
By A Customer
This review is from: Combat Sports (Olympic Sports) (Library Binding)
I am a novice female Judo competitor. I choose this book for inspiration. This book is well written in story telling form for inspiring the novice. There was some very well written stories about several male Judoka. However, there no stories about the women. The only mention of the women was a brief statement that the Women's competition was so intense when it was introduced in 1988. I can take inspiration from both the men and the women, however in the next edition, it might be nice if the author applied his excellent story telling ability to the women as well.
