This unprepossessing handbook is a hand-crafted work of art for any avid lake fisherman, anywhere. Maybe every piece of information won't apply to your favorite spots, but as a personal journal by a master fly fisherman this book is one for your "how to do it" collection.

This is an outstanding guidebook to one of the nations best trout lakes! Bryce Meyer describes in amazing detail the lake ecology. He tells what kinds of fish are there, where they are, what they eat, when they eat and how to catch them. The Combat-Fishing Guide is a must have for both the novice and experienced angler.

This book is a nice, basic reference for fishing Lake Taneycomo. The layout is kind of confusing, but once you figure out that the maps and illustrations that are referenced in the text are located in the back half of the book, it becomes easier to figure out. There is no earth shattering revelations to be found here, just a lot of good, solid information presented in a basic and easy to understand manner. I enjoyed it and it will be part of my reference library for a long time!
