I purchased this car seat to go with the Combi City Savvy Stroller - I highly recommend both. I had a tough time choosing which travel system to purchase and summond the advise of friends who have been through the trials and tribulations of transporting infants. I ended up going with the Combi system due to the size and weight of the stroller, and the fact that the car seat can hold an infant for a few more pounds than others on the market. You may be tempted to buy the large systems, but think about hauling more than 50 pounds everywhere you go, and manuvering the large stroller through tight isles. The system is easy to use, and can be set up with the flip of a hand. It did take some time to figure out how to adjust the straps on the car seat (the instructions are no help on this one!), but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple, and keeps the baby snug.

We just returned our graco snugride today and bought this seat instead. Our 2 wk old daughter just was not safe in the graco. The base would not get tight in our car (the slack kept letting out) even with the H clip used. Her head tilted so far forward she was turning purple. We originally did not want to spend this much on an infant seat because they are only used for a few months. BIG mistake. We are using this seat now. Our daughter has not cried yet and she is acutally sleeping. She seems to be much more secure. The base in is tight and was very easy to install. To us, this is comparable to britax. We notice alot of the same design. The britax is very bulky though and this is light and easy to get around. The only problem is that one the seat is in the base the seat itself wiggles eaisly. Not sure if it is the design or if ours has a boo boo. we are going to check with combi though. When it comes to car seats dont skimp on the price. You really do get what you pay for. I know there are alot of die hard graco fans. If you use a britax though, (wich we do for our 2 year old) you will get very spoiled with quality and start to notice the differences!! ALSO take whatever seat you want to buy to your car and try putting it in. It seems strange but not every seat will work right in every car!!

It's a great carseat that fits into a compact stroller. It is easy to get in and out of our car as well as attach it to the Combi umbrella stroller. It's nice to not have to drag a tank around when the baby is in the seat. The fact that the seat is light makes it a plus when toting the baby around!
