I have been impressed with the design, style and construction of all of the Combi products we have purchased. This was no different. It is much sturdier than some of the other big-name products on the market.

Setup: My mother in law took it upon herself to try to set it up the first time. She gave up without completing it. I ended up doing it myself when I got home and had no problems. We never had a need to fold it back up during our use. When I finally did fold it back up to sell it I found the task a little difficult. It took two of us to get it folded and back in the bag.

Use: This served primarily as our downstairs changing table. The play yard itself was a failure with my daughter who refused to stay in it. It turned into an emergency "holding pen" for my wife when she absolutely had to leave the little one unattended briefly.

That's not a reflection on the product though, just on our needy daughter. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to someone else - even someone planning to travel with it. I think the folding and unfolding would become second nature after a few attempts.

I've done lots of research before buying a playard for my baby boy in the coming April. Comparing to Graco and some other BIG brands that you can see in babies R US, I really think Combi's Jazz playard is the best on the market. Originally, I wasn't sure about buying this playard because I couldn't see any combi Jazz Playard model in my area,( I prefer to touch/feel the quality before buying); but after I called Combi's 1-800 number;(they have an awesome customer service line,btw) I thought a company with such wonderful customer service is worthy to give it a try. So I bought it from Amazon. (because of the free shipping and with the lowest price- you can google it or try ebay to compare the price) After I received it, I AM SO PLEASED with the quality!!! It IS A LOT MORE STURDIER than any others on the current market and the quality is a super "WOW"!! Also, it's VERY easy to assemble (I really couldn't believe someone thinks it's hard to assemble!!) My husband only took about 20 mins to set it up and it just looks awesome!!

Very functional, high quality and super cute; I honestly couldn't find any weakness. If I really have to be picky, then that will be the price and the creepy music. But comparing to those over $200; this is a super steal)and you can always plug in your mp3 if you don't like their music!

Overall, I rate it a five star; I would give it a SIX if they have this option!!

it is much better than we expected... the carrying case is clever, it even has openings for the wheels; it includes a canopy with three toys, not shown in any pictures of this product i have seen on the internet. Also, the changing table when not in use folds down to the side of the playard with two big pockets to store things. It also allows for connectivity to an mp3 player for music. The included sounds are pleasant enough. All around, very happy with the product!!!!!

I bought this item b/c we had the Combi bouncer and absolutely loved it. Once again, Combi did not disappoint. It is a high quality play yard--comparable to the Pack n'play, if not slightly more sturdy. We got it after the baby was too big for the bassinette part, so I can't comment on that, but the changing table is great. THe baby also sleeps in it all the time, and seems quite content in there.
What I also love is the sleeker look of the combi play yard over other brands, which tend to be too cutesy fo my taste.

This is the first playard I have ever purchased/assembled. I received it in the mail when I was six months pregnant and immediately wanted to put it together. With my husband at work I managed to follow the directions and put the whole assembly together in less than 45 minutes (that's not bad when you have a big 'ole belly in the way). A few weeks later I decided to take it down because I wasn't using it yet. It took me a few tries, but once I figured out what I was trying to do, I was able to disassemble it by myself with only minor difficulty. So as the saying goes, practice makes perfect, so if you thought it was difficult to assemble and disassemble, blow off some steam and try it again before rushing to return it.

The only thing I don't like about this product is that the bassinet feature doesn't seem to sit completely level. I'm hoping that it is simply because there wasn't a load on it, but we will see.

You MUST read the directions to assemble it easily! My husband opened it right up and tried to assemble it immediately. After about 10 minutes of frustration and no success, I suggested we read the directions and try again. We folded it back up and after reading the directions had it assembled in no time. We have had no problems assembling and disassembling it and I love the look and design of it. I love that it is not the typical baby blue and ruffles newborn design. It even has wooden toys instead of plastic which just makes it look that much nicer. The changing table is nice and big and everything folds up perfectly into the bag which has holes for the wheels. The baby is not here yet, but I cannot wait to try it out. My cat snuck in and slept in it and was very satisfied.

I purchased this partly for my daughter for travel, trips to grandma's house, etc., and also to replace one given to me by my brother that was damaged when our basement flooded. While we didn't need the bassinet/changing pad feature, I purchased the deluxe given that he could use them when his new little one arrives. As a result, I can't speak to those items, but they are wonderful adds for a little extra money. We used this for the first time when our power went out for several days in the dead of winter and I was forced to retreat to grandma's for warmth. It took my husband (not particularly handy) about 45 minutes to set up, and I will say that reading the directions (and keeping them for future reference) makes a big difference. My 8 month old napped and slept in this for several days. We were so lucky to have just purchased this a few weeks prior. It is a bit heavy to carry, but we removed the extras that we aren't using and put them back in the box, which helps. The wheels are great for rolling this around. The unit is also much nicer looking than any other play yard I'd seen before (looks and feels higher end). Recommend it highly.

I recently purchased this pack n play for my son and I couldn't be happier. It is a little pricier than some of the other options available, but it is worth the money. Having used other brands and styles this is by far the best one I have seen and used. It comes in a very easy to use travel case that allows you to roll it around rather than carry it, which is very helpful since they are fairly heavy. The music player that clips onto the side plays real music that shuts off on its own after 5 minutes or so. Overall, we have been very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone.

The quality of this product is very disappointing... the pad was completely thwarted and the frame is very hard to assemble and disassemble... I had to return it. It looks very cool on the amazon website picture, but it does not look like that at all in reality.

my husband and i could not even get it assembled. the directions say "pull up until it locks into place". the problem is, it never locked into place. i am returning it and hoping the store takes it back. DO NOT BUY!
