Greate stroller,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Combi Savvy EX Lightweight Stroller, Sable (Baby Product)
I have three strollers and i don't like any of them as much as this one. I couldn't find one with enough shade and one that has a soft back and reclines nicely. After doing tons of research I finally just went to Babies R Us and found this one. The shade is the best you can find for an umbrella stroller, it reclines, and has decent storage below. I don't carry a whole lot so it doesn't bother me.
The three most impt things for me were: 1. Great shade since I live in the South and its always hot and sunny 2. Reclines 3. a little bit of storage Pro: Light Best shade I could find (the jogging strollers shade goes forward and backward - wish i could find one like that) Only $140! Closes easily (you do need two hands but that doesn't bother me one bit) My 4.5 month old can sit it in with out a car seat because it it soft enough she sinks in it and supports her. Wheels are smooth Con: No, cup holder I don't know if you can put any car seat on it. At the time I bought it my 4.5 month old didn't need the car seat. It does have some type of adapter. It's just a little whobbly I would highly suggest purchasing it!

Four and half years later... still amazing,

I just had to review the city savvy. We've had it for four and a half years and through three kids. It's the best stroller ever. I've logged thousands of miles on it and taken it across the country multiple times. What I like about it...
-small (I store it in the front seat of my car so I don't have to open the trunk all the time) -lightweight -incredibly durable -easy to push around in stores or other tight areas -great sunshade (you have to undo the velcro on the sides) -nice little infant foot... thing (under the cushion, wraps around the bar on the front, babies love pressing their feet on it and it's nice knowing they won't slip out) -easy to push with one hand -and incredibly durable. I know I said that before, but it really is. Some people say the basket isn't big enough, but I have never found that to be a problem. Maybe I carry around less stuff? It can be a bit bumpy over rocky asphalt, but that seems to put the baby (or toddler) right out. If it had big, rubber wheels, then it wouldn't fold up as tight. I prefer it the way it is. I seriously take it everywhere. I've used it with newborns all the way up to three year olds. Once the oldest hit four, she didn't want to go in the stroller anymore, but she'd probably fit just fine. I've seen other moms pushing around huge kids in it. Bottom line... if you're going to have one stroller. This is it. (If you jog too, get a jogging stroller, but those things are way too big to take with you everywhere.)

We bought this stroller for air travel because the one we have is cumbersome. The Savvy is light and folds up easily. The wheels are small and readily misdirected by sidewalk nooks and crannies, and the handle is a littel flimsy. I do not recommed this stroller for constant use if you go far on poorly maintained sidewalks. Storage capacity is ok, sun hood is vary small. Light, compact, and great for travel.

I've had it a few weeks now, and I am so happy I bought this for my 9 month old. It's so lightweight and easy to collapse and port around. It's got great steering. It's not heavyweight for neighborhood sidewalk walking, but it's perfect for malls, restaurants, running errands, going to postoffice, grocery shopping etc. The harness is only three point. The recline is difficult to do, it's done through a system of two straps that support the backrest, which you let out or tighten to adjust the recline. It's nowhere as sophisticated or as smooth as a Maclaren, but for the price I paid ($70 on Amazon), I'm more than happy.

BUYER BEWARE,

Let me start by saying, I LOVE my Combi stroller and have happily used it a lot since I bought it in late 2008. Recently, however, the plastic 5 point harness buckle broke so I called Combi to buy a replacement part for it. To my surprise, Combi DOES NOT have ANY parts for strollers that are over 1.5 years old. For an expensive stroller, one would hope that you'd be able to get replacement parts for models older than 2 stroller seasons old. I'm REALLY disappointed that their customer service is not as good as their product.

Great for travel. Easy folding. Very light. Looks very comfy and it's well padded. My experience with the seller was awesome, the standard shipping method said 3-5 days and I received the package 2 days after I placed the order!! I'm very satisfied.
