In this new, improved, and expanded edition of his PICK-6 book, Professor Bluskov again delivers the best lottery systems to the attention of lotto players from around the world. A total of 128 current world record least expensive systems for a broad range of guarantees are presented. Players who are interested in lotto systems for PICK-5 lotteries might want to check Dr. Bluskov's PICK-5 book titled Combinatorial Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins for pick-5 lotteries, including Euro Millions and the Mega Lotteries (also at Amazon). This book offers the newest and best on lotto systems (wheels). It is a book of interest to every lottery player or a group of players who wish to play their numbers in an organized and balanced way. About the Author

The author has worked as a freelance writer for a number of lottery publications in Europe and North America, and has spent many years in research in Combinatorics, a branch of Mathematics, which, among other things, deals with combinatorial lottery systems (or coverings, as they call them in Combinatorics). He holds several academic degrees, including Ph.D. in Mathematics, and works as a university professor. Dr. Bluskov has written over 20 research papers related to lotteries and over 200 publications on lottery systems. The objects presented in his book originate from the most recent research in the area, and are based on his expert knowledge of the subject.

Dr. Bluskov (1957-) is a university professor. He has also worked as a freelance writer for a number of lottery publications in Europe and North America, and has spent many years in research in Combinatorics, a branch of Mathematics, which, among other things, deals with combinatorial lottery systems. He turned his lifelong fascinations with numbers and structures into ground-breaking strategy books for lottery players. Part of his research is on determining how to achieve a specific winning guarantee in a lottery in the minimum possible number of tickets. The results in his books originate from recent research in several areas of mathematics, and have been obtained by various techniques ranging from sophisticated combinatorial constructions to applying optimization methods via thousands of hours of computations. Although based on quite advanced knowledge in mathematics and related areas, his results are described in plain language and are accessible to virtually every lotto player or a group of players.

I own many books on the lottery, and have never felt the need to write a review for any until now. I purchased this book just days ago. After quietly reading it, I immediately discovered what was unique about it. The author uses systems that have been scientifically developed for accuracy,using the mathematical science of combinatorics. For those who may shy away from any discussion math related, don't be fooled by the big word. All of the work has been done already, and if you can read my review, you can master the concepts taught in this book, math or no math. After reading the book, I decided to test the principles on paper the next day. I modified one of the systems, making it adaptable to a Pick 5 came and applied it. To my delight, had I played for real I would have captured a 4 of 5 win, with multiple 3 and 2 number wins. Total winnings were over $460.00. What causes this book to stand out over others is that the systems are optimized for minimal required tickets. In other words, the author has calculated the lowest number of tickets required to capture the win desired. It is good to see a work vindicated by results and not hype... I highly recommend it...

It has been some time since I purchased my last book on lotto wheels, so I was not quite excited about adding another one to my collection. Little did I know... This one went well beyond my expectations. The author has done great job on introducing and presenting the shortest wheels ever created. I have been using wheels for quite some time and I have collected more than 500 of them, so I can tell the difference. The book is very readable. The author does not waste your time with empty promisses and unsupported claims. Everything is clear and precise. The book is good for pick-6 lotteries, where 6 numbers are drawn plus possibly one or two additional (bonus) balls. I would equally recommend this book to both the experienced wheel user (such as myself:-) and the novice. If you have any other book or software on wheels, you will have the opportunity to compare and see the recent state of affairs from Bluskov's book; if you are new to this business, then you do not need to go any further - you would be just wasting your time and money.

The author claims his book is the best one on the market and I cannot agree more. I
have collected several books over the years, including Serotic, Howard and Jones'
and can now see, for the first time, The Professional. I have also seen many wheels
on the net and the available software. Everything seems to pale in comparison with
Bluskov's wheels. Bluskov presents the shortest systems ever created and gives
quite comprehensive tables of wins, so that the players can actually see how the
systems work and what the expected winnings are. Strongly recommend this book.
Oh, and believe it or not, the first time I played, I chose system # 88 and hit 4 out of
10; brought me two 4-wins + twelve 3-wins! I am looking forward to exploring
other gems from the book!

Iliya Bluskov has probably exhausted the limits of formulating strategies for playing the lottery. Eastern Europe has a long tradition of the lottery.

Bluskov applies combinatorial logic (pioneered by Leibniz) to the issue of covering relevant combinations to distill winning number combinations as byproduct. Bluskov divides the lottery strategy into two issues: 1) a method of choosing the numbers; 2) a method of combining the numbers in order to guarantee a winning combination that forms a dragnet for winning number combinations or sets. Using his expertise in combinatorial logic, he assures us that logic and computers have solved the latter issue and doubts it can be improved.

Nearly his entire book gives all of the results that are user friendly. It constitutes a four part recipe. 1) write the numbers from 1 to 10 in a line (these are the numbers in the original system), then 2) write your 10 numbers in a line below the first one, and finally, 3) substitute each number in the table of combinations he provides, with the corresponding number from the second line to obtain your set of tickets. Then, 4) fill your combinations in the playing slips. For example, if you choose your 10 numbers to be 3, 7, 12, 14, 18, 22, 29, 33, 40 and 46, then you will write:

3 7 12 14 18 22 29 33 40 46

He provides 128 tables of combinations, all worked out for you so you don't have to work out the logic of winning combinations yourself. Obviously, choosing more combinations increases the cost of playing this system. For this reason, he notes that his book does not include a table that includes all possible combinations.

I have used one system from Mr Bluskov's book for just on one year now to drive our office syndicate in a 6 from 45 weekly game.
We have generated 73 winning games across 52 draws.
It is true that how your source your playing numbers has the major influence as to wether you win at all. But if you can come up with a reasonably reliable method, then Mr Bluskov's wheels are your best avenue to a return on your lottery investments.
It "IS" so easy to use and the guarantees have stood firm for us for 1 year.
Now playing Lotto is fun, thanks Ilya !!!!
