1.0 out of 5 stars Don't Hold Your Breath
A book titled "GUARANTEED WINS" is very misleading. It is a kind of ... claim that will disappoint the buyer who expects to win when he uses it. If guaranteed wins were a sure thing, lotteries would cease to exist. Don't expect Bluskov's book to tell you how to choose the numbers--it doesn't. His "guaranteed wins" depend on how many of the winning...

5.0 out of 5 stars I Highly Recommend This Book - It Worked for Me!!!, September 1, 2004
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
I own many books on the lottery, and have never felt the need to write a review for any until now. I purchased this book just days ago. After quietly reading it, I immediately discovered what was unique about it. The author uses systems that have been scientifically developed for accuracy, using the mathematical science of combinatorics. For those who may shy away from any discussion math related, don't be fooled by the big word. All of the work has been done already, and if you can read my review, you can master the concepts taught in this book, math or no math. After reading the book, I decided to test the principles on paper the next day. I modified one of the systems, making it adaptable to a Pick 5 came and applied it. To my delight, had I played for real I would have captured a 4 of 5 win, with multiple 3 and 2 number wins. Total winnings were over $460.00. What causes this book to stand out over others is that the systems are optimized for minimal required tickets. In other words, the author has calculated the lowest number of tickets required to capture the win desired. It is good to see a work vindicated by results and not hype... I highly recommend it...

4.0 out of 5 stars Not for Powerball or Mega Millions, April 11, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
Great book for the old 6 number systems or if your state has a seven number draw. Doesn't help those of us after the really big bucks from playing Powerball or Mega Millions, there are no systems in this book for 5 number draws. Would be wonderful if the auther made a wheel book for 5 number draws. The auther is also right about Howard's systems not being the best.

5.0 out of 5 stars It is the best one, June 18, 2002
By
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
The author claims his book is the best one on the market and I cannot agree more. I
have collected several books over the years, including Serotic, Howard and Jones'
and can now see, for the first time, The Professional. I have also seen many wheels
on the net and the available software. Everything seems to pale in comparison with
Bluskov's wheels. Bluskov presents the shortest systems ever created and gives
quite comprehensive tables of wins, so that the players can actually see how the
systems work and what the expected winnings are. Strongly recommend this book.
Oh, and believe it or not, the first time I played, I chose system # 88 and hit 4 out of
10; brought me two 4-wins + twelve 3-wins! I am looking forward to exploring
other gems from the book!

5.0 out of 5 stars Iliya Bluskov is on target, June 24, 2007
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
Although I assumed that the book had wheels for 5-pick games,it didn't,nor does the ads about this book states that it doesn't...but overall this is a good book for any 6-pick game. The Author himself advised me on how to convert some of his wheels for a 5-pick game. I used one of his wheels and virtually robbed my State's Lottery.

Since most lotteries are computerized these days, you almost need the help of a Professor of mathematics just to
have a decent chance of winning.

With Lotto Pro software and the wheels from this book, you'll bet smarter, with less money....!!!

Thanks,
G. Grier

5.0 out of 5 stars neat book!, November 10, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
It has been some time since I purchased my last book on lotto wheels, so I was not quite excited about adding another one to my collection. Little did I know... This one went well beyond my expectations. The author has done great job on introducing and presenting the shortest wheels ever created. I have been using wheels for quite some time and I have collected more than 500 of them, so I can tell the difference. The book is very readable. The author does not waste your time with empty promisses and unsupported claims. Everything is clear and precise. The book is good for pick-6 lotteries, where 6 numbers are drawn plus possibly one or two additional (bonus) balls. I would equally recommend this book to both the experienced wheel user (such as myself:-) and the novice. If you have any other book or software on wheels, you will have the opportunity to compare and see the recent state of affairs from Bluskov's book; if you are new to this business, then you do not need to go any further - you would be just wasting your time and money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple, straightforward. Worth a read, May 5, 2006
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
I don't usually review books here, and I've bought quite a few I can tell you. However, this book, I believe, warrants comment. It is a no-nonsense, simple, accurate, and mathimatically sound was of playing the lottery. It is basically just a list of wheels (systems) for you to use to get the most out of your playing. It doesn't tell you how to pick numbers, or go into any fancy (in my opinion, useless) analysis or predicitions of numbers.

If you pick the correct numbers, or a few, the systems in this book GUARANTEE that you will win something. The amount of people who randomly pick numbers and play then is unbelievable. With these systems, at least the numbers you pick (random or otherwise) will prove fruitful if they are chosen in the draw.

Highly recommended. If even for the mathematics of it. I particularly like the percentages of guarateed main win, and other 'bonus' wins.

I've won a couple of hundred quid so far - with 1) My own luck to have picked the numbers and 2) With the help of this book - I tripled my winnings (3 X match 4's).

Thanks,
Sean.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can't win without it!!!, June 2, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
I have used one system from Mr Bluskov's book for just on one year now to drive our office syndicate in a 6 from 45 weekly game.

We have generated 73 winning games across 52 draws.

It is true that how your source your playing numbers has the major influence as to wether you win at all. But if you can come up with a reasonably reliable method, then Mr Bluskov's wheels are your best avenue to a return on your lottery investments.

It "IS" so easy to use and the guarantees have stood firm for us for 1 year.

Now playing Lotto is fun, thanks Ilya !!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth the small price, January 4, 2006
By
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
I doubt there is any book of its kind as well thought out and packed with as much useful imformation as this one.

Within weeks of its purchase, I put one system (9 numbers in 30 games) to the test and was immediately rewarded with multiple prizes.

Since then, I have accumulated a steady flow of 4 if 4 and 5 if 5 prizes that far exceed my actual my total lottery costs.

To any lottery player, there can be no greater incentive than the knowing that certain guarantees as provided, actually bear fruit.

In this, Iliya Bluskov Combinitorial principles are unique and well worth the investment.

5.0 out of 5 stars Clearly the best lottery wheel book out there!, August 2, 2005
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
This book by far is the best lottery wheel book I've purchased. I've won more money more times with Bluskov's "multiple" and "double-win guarantees" than I ever did with the other popular (GH) wheel books on the market. Of course with any lottery win you have to choose the correct numbers, but his "Table of Wins" are right on the money. I used system #3 (guarantee 5 number win if 5 of your 10 numbers are drawn--$50) Result: I correctly picked 4 numbers out of 10. I won 3- 4 number prizes ($300) plus 20- 3 number prizes ($100) for a total of $400 from my $50 investment. No other wheel book on the market has more multiple win guarantees than this author! I can't wait until he publishes a book for the pick-5 lottery.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Lotto Book EVER!, January 28, 2003
By
D.P. (Chicago, IL United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins (Paperback)
I cannot praise Iliya Bluskov's book enough. This is THE best lotto book I have ever used. Before I bought this, I had looked at Robert Serotic's, David Winter's, Prof. Jones' and Gail Howard's books on playing the lottery with systems, but their systems were not very helpful. The very first time I used Iliya Bluskov's book, I won 4 numbers out of 6 (plus lower prizes) and I have been thoroughly impressed ever since because the systems in "Combinatorial Lottery Systems" actually WORK on a CONSISTENT basis...

The systems in the book are straight-forward and easy to understand, as are the guarantees. When studying the systems, you know exactly what to expect and how much money you need to play them. The wheels are also great because they vary in the amount of numbers you can use.

I am eagerly looking forward to buying more of Iliya Bluskov's products!
