I ordered four of these beads, in different birth-stone colors, for my mother for Mother's Day. The other three (July, August, February) all still appear to be fine, and not flawed. However, the September bead had problems from the moment my mother removed it from the packaging (delicately, I'll add). One of the metal rings on the side popped off of the bead (I was actually shocked to find out this was not one solid unit - the metal ring, that is. It's two pieces, there to buff and protect the bead from the metal chain of the bracelet.) My mother figured it was just a minor flaw, and she would repair it soon enough. Before she got around to repairing that, the glass stones started falling out; seven in total, before I told my Mom that it was NOT ok, and I'd return it. So, it's going back for a refund, and I'm left debating whether I should just order another, in the hopes that it was just a fluke we received a faulty bead, as the other three I ordered at the same time have been sturdy so far, or if I should start looking for a different bead that won't match the other three, for her birthstone. So, most likely you're taking a gamble when ordering beads like this...just be aware that you may have to return it.

I stumbled across this bead while perusing the Pugster Storefront. It does not come up in any routine Sawarski Crystal search that I did. You may get luckier than I. At any rate, I put it with a bracelet entitled "Desert Colors" which has shades of the Southwest all through it. This blinged it up perfectly picking up both the brown and the turquoises in the bracelet. I do not know if it is because the bead has 2 colors but it seems to shine more than those of one color. I am very pleased with it.

Note:It is not September 2011 and I have had these beads for 6 months and wear it about every other week. I have 4 of these bead on one bracelet and 4 crystals have come out of 1 bead. The other three are intact as always. These do become dull over time and it is difficult to clean them. I use a disposable cleaner on my other beads and charms but have to use a regular jewelry cloth for beads with the Swarovski Crystals in them.Connoisseurs Jewellery Wipes 25's

This is a beautiful bead! I gave 2 stars because one of the holes is larger than the other, and the smaller side would not allow my bracelet to go through. Therefore it is useless to me (on my brighton bracelet) such a shame because it is very pretty. If both holes were the size of the larger hole it would have worked.

My mom loved this mother-daughter charm set. I'm not giving this product a bad review eventhough one of the circular pieces connecting the charm came undon. It was my fault, I snagged it on something, and was an easy fix, just squeezing the silver circle with some jewelry pliers. If you're buying this for a little girl that will be wearing it all of the time...she'll probably end up losing the charm.

I bought this bead for my mother, as she is a May B-day...
It is gorgeous and for the price, it is almost unbelievable.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I got tired of crystal beads that were all one color, so got this. It iw wonderful. Gives you lots of bling with its multiple colors.

This bead is much larger then other beads that I have. It is very shiny and looks great. I am very satisfied with this product.

This adds so much to the bracelet! Got this as a Christmas present and it is just perfect!!! Needed to do charms for my birthday and my sisters birthday along with our kids and it will be perfect!!!
