If you're obsessive about trying to conceive, like I am, you probably want enough OPKs to test multiple times a day for at least a week (just to be sure). This combo pack had enough OPKs for me to test for 2-3 cycles. I had no problem reading the results of the OPKs - in fact, by testing twice a day, I could see a darkening pattern which gave me extra notice. I also like having 10 HPTs because I can start testing earlier (at 9DPO) without worrying about wasting tests. Make sure you always read the results within the time window, because the pregnancy test strips tend to develop evaporation lines (gray shadow that may look like a slight positive but are negative) if they are read after the maximum time (I think 10 minutes) has passed.

These are great for the price. They work just as well as the expensive tests. Just make sure if you order the strips you will have a sterile cup to collect your specimen because they don't work the same as the midstream kits.

If it is one thing that stuck out from my experience with this place is that it is FAST! With regular (free!) shipping, I got my order in a few days flat. For those out there who use these tests, this is not really something you want to wait around for weeks to have it arrive!

The test were good quality and you can't beat the price! The extra pregnancy test are definitely a bonus, since those are usually quite pricey at the store!

While using this stuff doesn't guarantee that you'll get pregnant immediately, it is good for tracking your schedule and knowing for (fairly!) certain when you ovulate!

These OPK strips work great IF you are a woman who typically produces enough LH to show up in your urine (some women don't and will never get a positive). Once I got a positive I started testing every few hours so I could know for sure how long my surge lasted. They worked GREAT for me... however I did notice a substantial change in the color of the test line after I drank a glass of water. If you are only testing once or twice a day, my advice is to limit your fluid intake AND trips to the potty after 8 AM and test mid-to-late afternoon. This is how I got my darkest test line.

If you are new at trying-to-conceive (ttc), you may want to start with the more expensive tests untill you have a chance to really learn about LH surges. Study up on exactly what OPK tests measure and you will have no problem with these tests. I also recommend charting your BBT while using OPKs - you don't always catch your LH surge with an OPK but a rise in your basal body temperature will confirm ovulation.

As for the HPT tests, most of the time even a very light test line means you're pregnant. This is not the case with the OPK tests, which have to be DARKER than the control line.... again, something that makes sense once you do your homework and understand the chemistry behind these tests.

Becoming informed and educating yourself is a good idea because A) you will know more about your body, and B) you can save money not purchasing the expensive tests which work the same way as the cheapies, they just include more fancy packaging and spell the results out for you. The directions say that a positive result is when the second strip is as dark or darker than the control line. Well, if I had waited for the color to turn as dark or darker I would have missed my surge! My line got progressively darker towards my ovulation but only got to about 80% of the control line and then it turned light again. According to the directions these readings were negative. I was confused as to whether I had ovulated or not so I took a blood test at my doctor's office and it confirmed that I had in fact ovulated.
On the upside, these strips are cheap which I definitely need. I don't have regular periods, so most of the time I have no idea when I'll be ovulating, so guess what, I have to use LOTS of these.
The instructions were included, but if they're not included in your package just print them from the website and keep them handy.
Use these but make sure you start testing several days before you think you will ovulate, so that you'll be able to notice ANY changes in color. If you see any darkening in your line, chances are you will be ovulating soon so, get to work!

These tests are very easy to use and extremely well priced. I highly recommend testing twice a day. Although my cycle is very regular, my LH has peaked at different times and days. I tested at 11am and 6 pm. The directions are clear, and the tests are easy to read. I've used them for several months (unfortunately) and have gotten very consistent results. The 10 free pregnancy tests are extremely usefull, as well as a great bargin.

I know some of the other reviews complained about the directions not being with the product, but if you go to their website and print out a copy of the instructions and put it with the ovulation test strips then you won't have to go back to their website each time. Anyone who has been trying to get pregnant knows that when you go to the drugstore to buy ovulation tests, they cost a lot of money. These are the test strips that you want to buy and they come with pregnancy tests as well so you can't beat that.

These have worked great for me. I have gotten pregnant twice using them. Unfortunately I have also had two miscarriages so I am using them again to try and get pregnant.

These are super-cheap and allow me to test as often as I want without feeling guilty. The only problem I have is that I am never 100% sure if the test is positive. The lines don't show up as solidly as some of the more expensive brands, so you have to look for the darkest part of the test line to compare it to the darkest part of the control line (usually the left 1/4 of the line for me). I keep some digital OPKs to use when I think I have a positive with these strips. The two together seem to work great!

I am staying in Singapore. The shipment reached me much earlier than it has promised. :)
The test result is clear. But, i got the 2nd line only lighter to the control line for the 1st month trying. After done some research, i learnt that LH surge only last for about 24 hours. So, i should use it at the same time everyday to get more accurate result. The surge period is different from one to another, so we might need to test twice a day to confirm the result.
Anyway, i think it is very much cheaper as i only can get an ovulation test more than SGD20+ in Singapore.
I would recommend it to my friends. :)
