I really loved this book, this is the first one in a long time where I was wanting to share the story with my husband. It is a great conversation starter for "what ifs". I was sucked in from the very beginning and could hardly quit till I got it done. I loved the going back and forth with locations and would recommend this book to anyone who loves any of Melissa Foster books and wants just a little change of pace but a good one. :)

Purchased this book in a bundle, but felt it needed its own review...

A story about a couple separated by war & a wife's innate belief that he had not perished when everyone is telling her she must move on. One sentence from the book that pretty much sums up the theme of the book is "there is always hope." It has the undertones of a romance novel in the sense that one knows in their heart that their true love is really gone.

This is the most beautiful love story! You will laugh, and get angry, and you will cry! It teaches the lesson that love conquers all and reaches across time, space, and even barriers put in place by different cultures!! This is a definite MUST READ!!!

Be prepared for a roller coaster of emotion. It warms my heart at the thought of different cultures working as a team. I just wish there could have been a small blurb for the man left behind.

The first part of the book drew me in and it did not need all the "drama" at the end. Overall, an interesting read.
