5.0 out of 5 stars FABULOUS!, November 21, 2000
By
This review is from: Come on Over Baby / Ven Conmigo / I Turn to You (Audio CD)
You can't afford to miss out on this CD. I consider it a maxi-single because to me, a regular single wouldn't have remixes and Spanish translations on the album with them. "Come On Over Baby" tops my English-singing charts because it's so much fun to aing and the video was absolutely incredible. "Ven Conmigo" ("Come With Me") Is my favorite Spanish song and possible my favorite Christina song. I like "I Turn To You" because it's mellow and Christina's voice is so passionate here. This is not the original version of the sing, it is a remix, but the new beat gives it a whole new feeling. Don't wait another second to experience the greatest phenomenon of our time: Christina Aguilera!

4.0 out of 5 stars "Come On Over",a good song. Main reason to buy "I Turn To U", May 5, 2001

Christina Aguilera is vocally a step up above her debut single "Genie In A Bottle" with "Come On Over (Baby)". But, the song really is just a bonus to me. Another song even further steps up Christina's vocal versatility in "I Turn To You", which is also included in an uptempo and upbeat version unlike it's original ballad form. If you like what the world of remixers did for such ballads as N'Sync "This I Promise You" and Backstreet Boys "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely" and "Shape Of My Heart" then you will like what they did with "I Turn To You". "Come On Over (Baby)" is also a remix of sorts. It is the Mtv video version a little bit different than the album version. Rather you like Christina or you like the songs "Come On Over" and "I Turn To You" you will enjoy the best of both worlds with this import.

Christina and Britney both are very beautiful and they have very good songwriters. The differenze between them is the voice. Christina has it, Britney doesn#t have it.
This one is the best song she released so far. it's a well done Remake of the song on her Album. Fun to dance to.
Also on the single: The spanish version "Ven conmido" which is on her spanish album "Mi reflejo" and a remix of her preview single "I turn to you"
XTINA = DIVA OF DA NU MILLENIUM!

Just love it! The Come on Over baby version is better than the original, and the spanish version is great too. And finally, there's a remix of "I Turn to You", done by Cut Father Joe. The only other one I know of that was commercially relased was a Thunderpuss version on the aussie 2cd set one. Bravo!

5.0 out of 5 stars great remix of the original version!, October 22, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Come on Over Baby / Ven Conmigo / I Turn to You (Audio CD)
The original version of "Come On Over" on her debut album was pretty fun and catchy, but this new radio remix beats it any day. "Come On Over Baby" is groovy and laced with new sounds and rhythms, making it a song that makes you get up and dance your heart away. Christina Aguilera's powerful voice and vocal finesse is evident throughout the whole track and really displays her talent. "Ven Conmigo" will have you start to sing along in Spanish (if you can) and the "I Turn To You" remix works for the song as other remixes do not and gives the song an edgier feel when you prefer faster and upbeat to slow and sentimental. This cd is definitely worth purchasing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is YOU! ), October 4, 2000

This review is from: Come on Over Baby / Ven Conmigo / I Turn to You (Audio CD)
I liked the original version of Come On Over well enough, but it had a childish feel. The new remix, cleverly titled Come On Over Baby(All I Want Is You) is a fantastic remix that keeps the original spunk, yet adds a grown-up, more R&B flavor. The Spanish version, Ven Conmigo (Solamente Tú) is put to the original version, but it sounds SO cool in Spanish. The remix of I Turn To You is about as good as remixes get. It adds a very R&B feel to the song without loosing any of its ballad value. I think this CD is a must for any Christina fan. It is a little pricey, but the remix of I Turn To You is fantastic and is worth the extra cash! For those of you who don't like I Turn To You, don't bother with this CD because that is the only difference between this and the American single which is only like $2.44. I LOVE it though. I can't wait for her next album!
