The way videos should be...., June 7, 2001
This review is from: Come to Viddy [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Why, oh why aren't there more videos like these on MTV? The three videos on this tape are perfect examples of how sound and vision can work together seamlessly. "Come to Daddy" is, by far, one of the most intruiging and creative videos I've seen. It really should be considered more like a short film than a mere video. It's probably not for everyone, due to its disturbing nature, but definitely deserves at least one viewing. The other videos, for "On" and "Donkey Rhubarb", are also wonderfully mesmerizing. Richard James is just what our massed-produced music industry needs...an imaginative and fiendishly creative force to be reckoned with!!

If you like Aphex Twin you will love this video, first time I saw it was in school when my teacher showed us because of the special affects. I bought it right away and have wached it over and over (windowlicker too). once again a Great buy.

come to daddy.........the most scariest video on film, July 19, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Come to Viddy [VHS] (VHS Tape)
this is probably the most scariest thing ever on film, yes its that disturbing!, its the most bizarre scariest nightmare in 5 mintutes and definatly the scariest music video along with the scariest song or music i've ever heard. The Face screaming "I want your soul!" makes it seem like it is refering to the viewer/you which gives the viewer an isolated helpless feeling of fear when watching this video. Let's hope director chris cunningham will film the scariest movie ever one day, The exorcist doesn't or even any scary movie comes close to the horror of come to daddy. watch this video in the dark, late at night alone if you dare as i have! but be prepared for a shock so don't say i didn't warn you....
