My mother was so happy when she got this book - it was a suprise gift. It came faster than I expected and it was in better condition than I expected. Neither one of us can believe a) that someone was willing to part with it and b) it wasn't tattered and torn and well loved!

This is my favorite cookbook. I listened to Jackie Olden On her radio program when I lived in california. I have two of her other books and love them. Her reciepes are always simple and they turn out great. She has helpful hints to make cooking easy. It is a cookbook that I lost and I miss. If you can find this book I recommened it to anyone that likes or loves to cook.
