Have you ever wondered if we could go back to the America of old? This book will answer that question and more. Pick the paperback to mark and reread over and over again. This is the historic equal of 1984. Could this happen? You bet. Will it happen? We shall see. This is the perfect day and age for this book. Jim's insight from his life and interviews make for one perfect read.

Perhaps the best comment one can make about an action/adventure novel is "I didn't want to put it down". Elstad has taken a fascinating (yet plausible) concept, appplied his historic research, and woven together an intriguing and rapid-fire story. His personal military experience lends credence both to vernacular and the description of operations. This is a thought-provoking, fun, and fast-moving read.
