We researched for best shredder before purchasing, and this shredder has not let us down. It shreds great as advertised. We have shredded regular paper, junk mail and credit cards without issues. This shredder is very fast and powerful and will chew through just about anything and creates tiny pieces so we don't have to empty the bin very frequently, and it provides extra security for documents with personal or business data. We love the pull-out wastebasket for easy waste disposal and the fact that it does not jam or overheat. Overall, this is a great shredder at a great price, and we would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for a quality shredder. In addition, it had been a pleasant experience when we consult the shredder company. Their Customer Service is excellent!

Works great. Super quiet, big storage bin and it shreds the paper into tiny little pieces. It is rated to handle 10 sheets at a time but it seems to bog down at that level. I use this almost every day and it has not failed to deliver.
