I bought this from my yoga teacher's studio, and it is very good for sitting meditation. The smaller bolster section hinges out, to allow for a shallower seat. If you sit on the bolster section and let your legs and feet rest on the longer seat, you will appreciate the extra cushioning when sitting for a long period of time, and avoid the ankle bruising you'd get if you had them on a bare floor. It's also a wonderful seat to hold the space if you are teaching meditation or a Kundalini yoga class.

This meditation cushion is very nice. Besides having a unique design, it has a higher bolster to keep you comfortable for longer periods. The filling is kapok, nice and firm.

I was looking to purchase a meditation pillow and a zabuton (padded mat that goes under legs and ankles) and I came upon this Thai meditation cushion that combines both. After using it for about 6 weeks now, I'm extremely pleased with this item. I find the height of the pillow just right, and although the whole cushion is rather firm, it's very comfortable and stable. The pillow is attached to the zabuton like a hinge at the back. It's a great value at $44, as a separate pillow and zabuton could run twice as much. My one complaint is that the company that supplies these through Amazon (Comfort Zone Yoga) mentions the different patterns and colors that are made, but they don't allow you to choose! You get the color and pattern they send you. What's up with that? However, I do happen to like the pattern and color I received, but it does seem odd that they won't allow the customer to choose.

excellent help to maintain comfort while performing a massage therapist, is also of great comfort to think before or after a yoga session, is the kind of things that when you start using it is difficult to discard them.
