Great for the office, home, and automobile, this pillow has two motors to provide a soothing massage to the sides and the back of the neck. It can also provide heat with or without the massage. Buttons on the pillow's control wand turn the massage and/or heat on and off and offer two massage speeds. The pillow can be plugged into a wall socket with an AC adapter or into an automobile lighter with a DC adapter. (Both adapters are included.) Filled with firm foam, the pillow has a gray terry-like polyester cover that can be cleaned with a damp sponge. A strap in front adjusts the pillow to different-size necks.

Eight magnets are embedded in the pillow. Some people believe magnets have healing properties, though that belief has not been medically established. Except for pregnant women and people using pacemakers, insulin pumps, and transdermal drug-delivery patches, the magnets are generally considered harmless. The pillow is 12 inches in diameter and the rear neck rest is 5-1/4 inches thick. It carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

I bought this for my fiance for Christmas and was surprised that you could actually feel the massage. I had thought that for the low price the massage feature wouldn't be strong enough to really work well, but it did. The heat works well too, feels good on a sore neck. Nice to use as a travel pillow as well - holds head steady when sleeping on plane. Overall, pretty good value for inexpensive price.

I was nervous that I was paying so little for this item -- but it is very effective. The massager feels great and the heat really works well.

You will notice that it makes a little noise so it is distracting to watch television or listen to music -- but this annoyance is more than compensated by the relaxation!

I have been suffering from neck pain for several months and spending a fortune at a Chiropractor, with little or no relief. I ordered this product, not really expecting much. The day I received it I used it for about an hour. When I woke up the next morning I had significantly less pain. I even stated to my husband that my neck hadn't felt this good in months!! I hope Amazon continues to carry the product so more people can find out just how good it is (even if it is only $12.99!!).
