Foam Toliet Seat,

When I installed this toilet seat, the seat would not lay flat at the front on top of the bowl.
Added two plastic washers on each side of hinge where it bolted to the toilet bowl. This fixed the problem, but as I'm a buider and if I were to charge for labor, to get the washers, then install them, this seat is not worth the cost of the fix. If I had not done this fix, the life of the seat hinges would be shorten and most likely broke.

Replaced old toilet seat. New seat split near front seam after less then two weeks. Now need to replace new seat.
