This did not even come close to meeting my expectations. It gets very hot when you sleep on it which is the last thing I wanted. It stays cold for a while and they you go to sleep and wake up with it really warm.

Maybe I filled this item incorrectly, but my chillow got mold & mildewed after a week. Was not useful as I expected for migraines or hot flashes.

I have had two of the chillow pillows and both have been easily punctured. So i wont not recommend buying it.
