Great recipes for a wonderful cause- Project Open Hand,

The recipes I've tried have all turned out perfectly - they've obviously been tested - and the directions are easy to follow. My favorites were the crabcakes, the ginger scones and the four cheese macaroni.
Project Open Hand is a terrific organization that provides daily, home-delivered meals, weekly groceries and nutrition counseling to more than 5,000 men, women and children with HIV/AIDS. I bought the book because it benefits Project Open Hand, but was pleased by the recipes.
