Our soaps are made the old-fashioned way. They are hand-crafted using natural ingredients and include pure essential oils and organic botanicals. Known as Castile soap, our base is one of the gentlest and moisturizing of all soaps. We employ the "cold processing" method and do not add heat or chemicals to the soap pots. This process produces a bar full of natural glycerin, which is a by-product of the soap making process. Unlike most soaps on the market today, we do not remove this glycerin from our soap because it is a humectant, which helps attract moisture to the skin and can be gentle enough for even the driest and most sensitive of skin. Additionally, we do not add preservatives, colorants or fragrance oils to our products. Our soap is made with your skins well-being in mind - no harmful synthetics, just pure ingredients from nature. I really enjoy the soap. The smell, the feel of the suds, and the freshness after using it. The only problem is that is the coloring or dye, (I assume is natural), discolors my washcloth when I rub it on the cloth. A little disconcerting the first time that this happens, but I still rate the soap highly since it is mild and does a great job on my skin. I have very sensitive skin and this soap is good. Happy face!

Comfrey w/Aloe 100% Pure & Natural Aromatherapy Herbal Soap is an average soap. It does contain natural ingredients like it says. Two negative things about this soap is the shape and the residue. The square shape of the soap kinda makes it difficult to use when bathing, and the soap leaves a greenish-colored residue on the surface it's on after it has been used. Also, although it is natural, females should be careful when using this soap because it may be too strong for feminine hygiene use.
