They fit well and are very comfortable.

The size medium wouldn't go over her hips, so I ordered the large and extra large thinking that if the medium was s small maybe the large wouldn't be large enough.

About the material: The Comfy Jeans are made of thinner material than the Pajama Jeans.

These are the most comfy casual pants i've had on in a long time. I was going to try a pair of Pajama Jeans, but after reading reviews saw there were a lot of issues with sizing and returns...and the price was almost twice of these. If they were made in the USA I might have given them a try, but since both are not, figured I'd go with these. So glad I did! They fit like a glove and are soft and warm enough too. Love them, and now ordering 3 more.. My mom tried mine on and pleaded for a pair of her own. My only caution here is the sizing. I usually wear a 10 or 12 tall. My mom takes same size, only she's shorter. The medium says it fits 10-14. Like I said, these fit like a glove, albeit a comfy glove, and have some give to them. Drawstring waist makes fit on my mom and me perfect. If I took a 14 usually, I'd order a large . Also, being tall, (5'10") these are just barely long enough, but will do. I will be sure not to put them in the dryer!!

    About the size and shape:
I wear a size 18 jeans, which fit me tightly. I bought the size XL of the Comfy jeans, which is the right size for me and very comfortable. I also own the original Pajama jeans in XL. They are much tighter. So if you fit in jeans size 18 very easily, the Pajama jeans size XL would fit better. If you feel a little squeezed in size 18, then the Comfy jeans size XL are better.
The Comfy jeans (at least in my size) are very wide on the top, therefore I need to fasten them with the string, I can put on the Pajama jeans and not use the string.
The bottom of the Comfy jeans is very wide and I have actually managed to get hung up on it and trip a few times. I am a little on the clutzy side and managed to step on the wide ends, which then made it impossible to move the other leg and tripped me. I haven't read any other reviewer with that problem so it might just be me. As far as looks are concerned, I think it's fine though.

    About the material:
The Comfy Jeans are made of thinner material than the Pajama Jeans. That's neither good nor bad, just depends on the weather.

    About the drawstrings:
The ends of the drawstrings have no seams (they do on the Pajama jeans). The way I fixed this problem is like this: I tightened the knot at the end of the strings, cut off the unraveled end of the strings smoothly and soaked the ends with superglue. Then I laid the pants on a table and let the ends hang down loosely to dry. They get darker and hard and won't unravel any more. There are also special glues for clothes that stay soft, but I haven't tried those, I can imagine those would work also.
One nice thing about the Comfy jeans is that the string comes out of the pants on the inside. On the Pajama jeans they come out on the outside, which I don't like. The point it to hide the string, after all.
Hope this review helped you some.

Although it took a long time for them to get here, they are really comfortable. Maybe even more than the Pajama Jeans. Not much difference though. I think the front pockets might be deeper, which I like.

I am a size 14 so I got the Large. The fit is great. I wish they were a little bit longer, I am 5'8". Good length for flip flops or tennis shoes, but cannot wear with a heel. They are comfortable and I have worn them to work on "Casual Friday" and no one has said anything about them looking like sweatpants. I think they pass off as jeans quite well. I haved washed them 4 times now, always wash them inside out, and the color has held up well. They don't look fuzzy or anyting. My only complaint is that when I received them one of the back pockets was not completely sewn on. One of the edges was only partially sewn on so there is a big hole on the side of the pocket. I didn't return them because I figure I can sewn that up on my own. I have a picture of the unsewn pocket in the customer images. Other than that, I have really enjoyed these jeans.

There are two things to consider when ordering/reviewing clothing online.

    1. Read enough pro and con reviews to make a more accurate determination of your size, and
    2. Your reviews should invariably contain your vital statistics, so that others get a better idea of what will fit them.

I am 5'5" tall, 130 lbs., 26" waist, 37" hips (yes, I have a big bottom). After reading many reviews for the Comfy Jeans I ordered a small (I'm normally medium). They fit fine but I have to wear flats; they're not a 32" inseam.

They don't flatter my big butt, but I can minimize that by wearing a longer top. They're comfy, hold their shape, and visually they're a cut above track pants.

I consider these to be a good buy, especially at that price.

I bought these for my mom for Christmas. She has NEVER worn jeans in her life, she is in her 60's. She always complained they were uncomfortable. Also, she spends too much time in her jammies so I bought these thinking she could wear them as jammies and at least look like she was dressed when people stopped over.
Long story short, she ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM! Said they are the best gift I ever bought her. She even ordered another couple pairs on her own after wearing these on several occasions. She claims they are too nice to wear to bed (there goes that plan!), but she does wear them to the store, or for having folks over.
The shipping was fast and these cost much less than other similar jeans. They look great on and are well made.
