I thought the math problems would be IN comic strips. Not that the comic strips are above then the word problems are separate. I was picturing the graphic history books we buy. Just did not meet my expectations.

I expected the comics to be more interesting and really relate to the story problem. Instead many of them just show the characters saying the problem. The pictures aren't that great either.

My 8 years old daughter likes this comic--strip math book. The book is suggested for Third-Sixth Graders. It would be helpful to have each exercise assigned for the age/grade appropriate.

My son loved it. He likes math but not so much reading, this book is excellent for him. We did a bit role playing based on the comic, he then moved on to happily solve the problem. Super challenge is indeed challenging.

My 4th graders get these once in a while as an enhancement to their learning. They love the different style of the comic strip. I do wish they were a little more story-like or funnier, but they re great.
