Full length album isn't the same as extended length songs,
By A Customer
This review is from: Coming Back for (Audio CD)
This is a full length album as opposed to the extended CD singles (multiple mixes of the same song) which comprise most of Hannah Jones' catalogue. That said, most of the tracks on this CD were already included in the 1998 album "Rise" (erroneously listed on Amazon as a single). These are great songs by a great dance artist, but one would be better off purchasing "The Remixes" (the other reviewer would have been much happier since it contains the extended versions) as well as keeping an eye out for a copy of the now out-of-print but much less expensive "Rise".

Disappointing radio edits,
By Yer man, the baldy fella (Dublin, Ireland) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Coming Back for (Audio CD)
I was unfortunately mislead by the album review (which is probably still above). These songs are definately not "full length", hence the disappointment. Yes, she has a great voice and, yes, there are some good covers of great classics but I see no logical reason why a recognised diva of dance should release an album of radio edits (except maybe for radio djs). You've heard these songs in clubs, you've revelled in them for seven minutes or more and, frankly, that's what you expected to experience again when you bought the CD. This CD definately leaves you wanting more.
