Stupendous-original -unforgettable,
This review is from: Coming Home to You (Harlequin Superromance No. 961) (Paperback)
Ever since Kathryn Morgan was nineteen, she idolized singer-songwriter James Hayes. Now that Kathryn has won a Pulitzer, she feels adequate to write the definitive piece on her superstar who died in a plane crash. However, no one among the Hayes family will grant an interview with Kate. In a final effort to save her pet project, she visits the horse-breeding farm of James' brother in Alabama. Bret refuses even though he believes Kate is an honest and ethical journalist. Eventually, Kate wears down Bret who opens up to her. As they work closely together, an attraction between them occurs. However, Kate senses Bret is holding back so she in turn hesitates to commit to him until he proves he fully trusts her. Fay Robinson writes stories that defy simple categorization, leaving readers with powerful tales to savor. COMING HOME TO YOU is a beautiful poignant drama that has plenty of pleasant surprises for the audience. A master of misdirection, Ms. Robinson keeps her readers guessing what will happen next including wondering if the usual "happily ever after" will happen in this novel. This story is one of the best contemporary romances of the year. Harriet Klausner

This review is from: Coming Home to You (Harlequin Superromance No. 961) (Paperback)
"Coming Home to You" by Fay Robinson is a touching and emotional story that will captivate readers. With a touch of mystery added to the romance, this book will appeal to many.Kathryn Morgan is a successful and sought-after biographer on a mission. Ever since she met singer-songwriter James Hayes when she was 19 years old, she has wanted to write his story. Now, several years after James' tragic death in a plane crash, Kate has tracked down James' brother, Bret Hayes, a reclusive horse-breeder, in a last-ditch attempt to get a Hayes family member to assist with her book. To Bret Hayes, Kate is the number one enemy and his worst nightmare. Not only is she beautiful, but she's extremely intelligent and incredibly determined as well, which makes her a prime candidate to uncover his family's darkest secret. Bret originally wants Kate to leave him alone, but after spending time in her company, he begins to see that he's falling in love with her. Now Bret is in a terrible situation, because the woman who holds his heart is the one person with the power to destroy him! "Coming Home to You" is a highly original and satisfying read. The characters are richly portrayed and intriguing and the storyline will keep you turning pages. I most definitely recommend this book and I guarantee you will enjoy it!

This review is from: Coming Home to You (Harlequin Superromance No. 961) (Paperback)
This is a great book by a great author.Kate Morgan is writing a book about the life of musician James Hayes who died in an airplane crash several years before . She goes to visit his brother Bret to get him to give her information for the book, but he does not want to. They end up spending time together though and soon find themselves attracted to one another. There is only one problem, there is something not right and soon Kate finds out something about Bret and James that changes everything including her book.
