3.0 out of 5 stars okay
There were 3 strips included but one was soon to be dead. I am still wondering if another will die soon again because two of them tended to fall down easily (and one of them completely died.) After I replaced with a new one (and last one), they seem okay but I am still worried of the older one which tended to fall down before. I am using them together as hooks supporting...

I work for a company that test various electronic components for Electro-Mechanical Compliance. As part of this testing we use a wide variety of cables including fiber-optic.

Instead of going through the cycle of bundling them up and securing these cables with tie-wraps, I discovered this gem of a product that we can attach to any flat surface. We are able to hang the various cables and harnesses to keep them organized and out of harms way.

This product is quick and easy to install, with the double sided tape clearly labeled and the bundlers also well marked as to where the tape should be applied.

Included with the 2-piece package is an extra piece of double sided tape should one wish to hang one of the bundlers in a new location. The used tape is supposed to come off the surface with ease, but have not made that effort yet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best bundlers yet, August 22, 2010

I taught a couple of lab courses using a range of electronic equipment. Cable management is always a challenge. These were the best bundlers for keeping things out of the way. The worst thing about them is how hard they were to find for sale locally.

I bought these new "Command Cord Bundlers" from Amazon.com.
I wanted to organize my cellphone/blue tooth ear phone carger cords.
So what you want to do is clean the surface. When applying the hook apply pressure
for about 30 seconds and that helps give a good hold onto the surface like a wall
for an example.
So far no problems yet with this 3M product.

I have an RV that I don't want to damage with glue, nails, screws. When used properly, this 3M nondestructive tape works great. I've wasted at least one tab testing its removability. Doesn't even dull the shine on varnished wood. Any time I need something like wall hooks or velcro-like attachment or cord management, I start searching under "3M." I know this sounds like an advertisement, but this is just one of those timely inventions that has been perfect.

These cord bundlers are so easy to operate. They're strong. They don't stick out far from the wall. They are very soft, so they twist a little out of shape when holding the weight of something, but in my application, perfect neatness isn't that important.

5.0 out of 5 stars Clean Up Your Act!, February 1, 2010

Everything Command makes I love! No more cords on the floor, scattered about, in the way, trapping dirt balls and creepy crawlers!

I had to have these when I first saw them. I'm really into the contemporary, modern feel of things in the home--sanitized, clean lines, organization. I moved into my new home further out in the country and realized quickly I had many fans--wolf spiders!!!! UUGGGHHHH!

These cord bundlers allow me to clean up my act by getting the cords off the floor. Follow the directions and allow at least 2-4 hours for the tape to set before bundling the cords in it. I applied the tape strip to the back of the cord bundler and placed it on the wall board of tv, audio pier, etc. whichever your configuration. I then wound neatly the cord (in a circle) and placed the cord on the bundler strap and inserted the end into the other. Follow directions and you won't go wrong and will ensure easy removal later.

And no more dust balls, at least not all over the cords on the floor! Makes it easier for me to swiffer.

I got this to hold the long cord for my desktop headset. I worried it would not stick to my wood veneer (i.e. ikea style) file cabinet but it has been a couple of months and have not had any hints that it will not stay put. Opening and closing the tab is really easy and can be done one handed with minimal fuss. It looks ok, nothing to write home about but it is at least inconspicuous and keeps the cord from tangling all over my desk. I have not removed it yet but have used other 'command strip' producs and was shocked how easily they came off with no gunk left.

These are the answers to our prayers. Not only are they holding together all our cords and cable and wires, but we're using them for other things as well, like keeping a grid door on a cabinet shut so our cats can't get inside the cabinet. We also plan to buy more and use them on our boat for holding lines and other items. Great, handy little things!

5.0 out of 5 stars Exceeded expectations, January 22, 2012

These things are great. I use them to control the mess of computer cables under my desk. Used in combination with plastic ties, they work really well. I've tried reusable plastic ties before, and they were a pain. These are a dream to open and close, plus they stick and stay where you put them. The adhesive is strong, but if you yank on the bottom of the strip as instructed, it comes right off. The quality and design of the produduct far exceeded my expectations.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really useful, hard to find in stores. Easy to unlatch., January 7, 2012

I somehow found these in stores years ago but have not seen them since. I'm so glad that Amazon carries these as I was afraid 3M stopped making them. It's really easy to release the bundle so you can quickly access your cords and each strap can easily handle a bundle of over 1 inch in diameter. Anything much larger than 1.5 inch may prevent the fastening mechanism from sitting securely and it would pop up and release if there was any significant motion.

THANK YOU 3M!!
