Vince Dunn tells us how to command and control structure fires,wild fires,terrorist bomb explosion incidents and most other disasters and emergencies. Read it and learn! Vince Dunn is a 40 year veteran of the New York City Fire Department. He recently retired as a Deputy Chief in charge of division 3.
