Simple Application and Damage-Free Removal

The Command Cord Clips allow you to organize the cords and wires of your electronic devices and tools. When attached on the wall or base molding behind your entertainment center or workstation, the cord bundlers offer a no-fuss way to keep cords tucked away. Extend the lives of your electronics by keeping cords and wires organized and untangled, and create a safer environment by keeping them away from high traffic areas in your home. Because the cord bundlers are removable and reusable, you can change your room layout and move things around while still maintaining a clean and organized space.

Applying Command Clips to just about any flat, clean surface is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Allow the adhesive strip an hour to set after application, and you'll be ready to hang all your cords. An ideal alternative to nails, tacks, or tape, Command Adhesive holds strong, yet leaves no sticky residue or stains. To remove, simply grasp the hook and stretch the Command Strip straight down until the base and strip release from the wall. With Command Clips, redecorating or relocating items is easier than ever.

If you just need to gather cables, these are a great solution. But if you're running cables any significant length or where people will see it, you're better off with the cable clips that aren't a hook design but resemble a tunnel, which actually help cables lay flatter. But for out of the way places where you only need to keep a cable or a few cables in place, these work just fine.

I love this product; I haven't had any problems at all. I purchased this product about a month ago and they are all still sticking well. I used these on the back of my computer desk to help organize the cables, and to keep the wires from showing under my desk. Still really great to my desk, computer case, and I even have one on the wall to hold the end of my phone charger up when not being used.

I saw one review in which the person says they had a bad experience with getting these to stick for a while. I know that with traditional 3M Command Strip Hooks I had to get the ones made for bathrooms or moist areas. When I spoke to customer service about it they had said that sometimes regular 3M command strips will not stick to some dark color or some washable paint on walls. The waterproof ones addressed this problem.

But as far as these cord clips go, they have stuck strong to my wall. It's just very important to be really careful about washing the wall with alcohol, waiting for it to fully dry, placing the strip, holding it firm against the wall for AT LEAST 30 seconds, and finally waiting an hour before putting anything in the clip. By trial and error in the past with other 3M Command products I can tell you that the instructions should be followed exactly or you will find everything you put up falling down.

At first I had a hard time with the command line of hooks, picture hangers, and cord clips. They would stick well for the first week or so and then I found that everything was falling down and not sticking to my surface anymore. Very frustrating....then I re-read the instructions on the package and realized I needed to clean the wall or area where the sticky backing was to go w/rubbing alcohol first to clean the area. I went through and cleaned all of the spots and restuck new command strips and viola! nothing has come unstuck yet! It has been a few months now so we'll see how long they last! Overall great idea, I love that I can remove them without any nail holes etc. especially handy for people who live in apartments and do not want a lot of repairs when you move out.

We used 2 packs of these to run a 25' coaxial cable around our bedroom baseboards and around a door. We are renters, and our apartment has really old walls, some of which are plaster. So I avoid making nail holes when I can, and these worked fine for our project.

We did take the other reviewers' advice and prep the walls beforehand per the package instructions. We also waited a couple of hours before putting the cord in. These hooks do fit coaxial cable, but just barely. They have a very delicate piece that hooks the cable in, and I did break one just trying it out without any cable in it, so be careful with that. One hook also popped off of the wall near the door after we got the cable into it. Not sure if it wasn't stuck down properly or if the pull of the cable was too tight, but I stuck it in a slightly different spot and it has stayed (it's been about a week).

Makes it easy to clean up your cables without hammering or permanently affixing mounting tape to your walls and furniture. The command strips stick like mounting tape but are easily removable by pulling the tab and stretching it out (think "taffy"), and the clips have a simple hook mechanism so you can add or remove cables at any time. This is a perfect solution to cable management.

I bought this product when I lived in my house because my landlord did not want holes in the walls and I wanted to fix my phone cord so that no one would trip over it. The product stuck to the wall until I was ready to move out. When I moved out, the product came off the walls clean. There were not marks. I think this product works great.

These cord holders (they aren't really clips, they don't pinch your cords) were just what I needed. The cables for my printer, speakers, etc. used to fall behind the table whenever my laptop wasn't there. Now they don't. These are especially useful for cords that aren't always there (like my laptop's power supply) as they can be opened and closed over and over with no ill effect.

I tried to make this stick to water-based paint and would not. I am sure it would stick to something like glass, but I did per the instructions prep the area that I needed the clips and would not stick for more than an hour. All I needed it to do was hold a cable in a verticle position.... could not do it.
