Adds a bit to traditional DCE which enables the concept to leave the appropriate proportion of action to God while enlarging and reflecting the ways in which the virtues can create a more hollistic and natural moral framework. With a strong defense of DCE against traditional and modern criticisms, Quine provides a strong and illuminating argument.
