Problematic, if your French consists of three verbs and a cuss word, as mine does. But the CD is a goldmine if you love the lush, hoarse voice of the divine Millie Jackson, and Isaac Hayes' deep bass. The tunes are lost and lonesome, and true the drug theme of the film. Get this if you miss the Dells, and the Cunnie Williams tune is a standout.

One of my most precious cd I possess. Lyrics are beatiful, music is fantastic. I advise you also "Meteque & Mat" is simply extraordinary MUSIC. Even if you do not understand French language. Try Also Alliance Ethnique great sound too! Andrea
