Deadsy is the best band out there today. I definately recommend not only this CD, but their new CD coming out this summer: Phantasmagore. Check em out...

This band is one good band. They have some futruistic heavy sound that just blows you away. Altough I was dissappointed when I found out there was a song they did not put on this album. THEY ARE DEFINATLY BETTER THAN BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD

Deadsy is taking music to a new level. They are like nothing I have heard before. I would suggest anyone to get this CD, it is the BEST!!!

Deadsy is one of those few bands that successfully blends a variety of sounds to create a truly unique sound. Not only are the songs on Commencement very origional; mixing goth, new wave, and Bowie-esque rock and roll; but the sound of this album is like nothing I have heard on a major label release before. I can't decide if what I am hearing is a breakthrough in modern sound production or the cheapest sounding album I have heard since the earliest DIY punk material. The guitar sounds manage to be both dry and saturated at the same time. It truly defies any explanation I can come up with. Deadsy is a band that I hope stays around for years to come.

This cd is awesome. Deadsy is such a great band... you can listen to this cd over and over and over again and it'll never get old.

You can't help but be blown away by this cd. The song writing, lyrics, production and sheer creativity demand that you at least give this cd a listen. This type of music, whatever you want to call it, is usually not my thing, but I love this band. I hear new things everytime I listen. In an era where everything on MTV is pure crap you have to love when a band like this shows up.

Deadsy is the greatest band ever. What other band has blended intelect, harcore guitar, keyboard, synths, deep vocals, and color and call it a band? Deadsy has, "The Key To Gramercy Park", "Le Cirque En Rose (the Obsolesence)" "Lake Waramug" and "The Elements are great songs with each element working together. "Tom Sawyer" and "Brand New Love" are the best covers ever. "Winners, Flowing Glower, Future Years, and Commencement" are all slower but still wonderful. Buy this CD

Deadsy is a great band. They are very creative and it shows in songs like "The Key To Gramercy Park" and "Le Cirque en Rose." They are definately one of the most creative bands out there. Hopefully, they will put out another album, that is just as great, very soon.
