Law Student Review,

This review is from: Commentaries and Cases on the Law of Business Organization, Third Edition (Hardcover)
While no law student enjoys reading casebooks (except those weird ones), this book is actually not bad. It is clear, to the point, and comprehensive. Good for profs to use.

It's not like I've read a bunch of other casebooks on Corporations Law, but this one seems to be well organized. It also strikes a nice balance between black letter law and theory.

I bought this used copy of a textbook I wanted to evaluate for use for my LLM students. The seller said the copy was "used acceptable"
I received the book and found it had notes in the margins of every page.I wish a more accurate description had been available as I would not have bought such a soiled book |
