4.0 out of 5 stars Take this with a grain of salt April 30, 2011

It's not like I've read a bunch of other casebooks on Corporations Law, but this one seems to be well organized. It also strikes a nice balance between black letter law and theory.

1.0 out of 5 stars Misdescription June 20, 2011
Format:Hardcover|Verified Purchase
I bought this used copy of a textbook I wanted to evaluate for use for my LLM students. The seller said the copy was "used acceptable"
I received the book and found it had notes in the margins of every page.I wish a more accurate description had been available as I would not have bought such a soiled book
