This textbook is very easy to read and understand. It gives very good and thorough information with a lot of graphs and tables to help you understand the information. Overall a very good textbook.

If you are planning to create your own e-business, if you are an IT specialist that wants to know more about management related issues of e-commerce and avoid already known technicalities, or if you simply want to learn about the subject, THIS IS THE BOOK.

It has detailed explanation on different topics, analyzed under managerial, social and slightly (only the necessary) technical issues. All arguments are supported by data, graphs or papers, making it a reliable source of information.

100% recommendable.

While E-Commerce 2009 has some great information, the authors need to remember that time is money. Cut back on the text. Use an editor. I scan the margins and read the case studies for class, and I seem to do just fine with that piece of an all-too-large pie.
