I bought this book to improve [...] quality of website, as a one of e-travel providers in our country. The book provides an easy to understand yet comprehensive view of the new online marketplace for travel and tourism industry. But unfortunately there is nothing about new issues in e-Tourism such as Web2 and virtual community.
Also there is no practical issues for implementing e-Tourism. |
