Did not even finish it overpriced e book with no real direction or methodology. Just some poor attorney in a room talking about new york deals that he has done! I requested a refund without finishing the dvds and waisting more time. This is definately a poor buy

Great buy for anyone who looking to get into the Commercial Industry.
Great speaker, and easy to listen to.

They also provide help outside of the training which can everyone looking to signup with Commercial loans.
