I just ordered one of these units. I sure hope that the last guy had a mistake on his order, AND THAT I'LL GET THE SAUSAGE STUFFING TOOLS AS ADVERTISED.
Otherwise, the spec's on the grinder look like a lot for the money. Here's hoping. I'll leave an update after receiving and using it. (30 yr. retired wholesale / retail butcher / 13 yr. Weights and Measures Inspector).

OK...just received this monster today. Beautifully constructed, heavy duty commercial stainless steel. Heavy duty stainless plates and knives. Perfect for hamburger and sausage. turn it on and it screams "Where's the meat?" Parts that are cast aluminum on the old time American made butcher shop counter top steak grinders are a heavy stainless steel on this one. 70# shipped weight (the box is cardboard and Styrofoam). It's heavy metal, men....like a big bag of cement. Five stars.....go for it !!! By the way......all the advertised parts are there.

This is a very high quality meat grinder that should last a long time. But it does not include any sausage stuffing tools as advertised. Plan on ordering them separately (size #22).

Just got this bad-boy, only one day from when they shipped it out! Excellent shipping time. Washed it up and started to grind......The feeding throat/tube is separate and kept falling off. The top tray has a slight ding from hitting the ground. It just kind of sits there.... but doesn't lock in. When the tube is attached, I could grind a cow in a few minutes, works great, but the throat/feeding tube just kept popping off. Will call the company next business day and see if this is an isolated case. For the price, about 1/2 of other places, I think I might take it down and have the grinder tube and the feeding tube welded together. Also I didn't receive a owners manual, will call on that too. Not sure what maintenance is needed or how to add oil to the motor. So like it, but I need instructions.

This is a nice grinder but has a few flaws, First the grinder plates are in metric sizes you can not use a regular plate the center hole is to small it needs to be 12 mm not 7/16" to fit this grinder and the outside diameter is to big by 1/32" you will have to take thelm to a machine shop and have the hole inlargened and the outside turned down for it to work i was in luck and have access to the need tools to fix this. If you do need plates with smaller holes i would buy good ones they will last a lifetime if taken care of. Second flaw found the burrs were not removed fron the inside of the filler tube to the main grinder tube this part was not welded together but pressed together leaving a sharp burr that if not cleaned out would end up in you first batch of ground meat.But for the money paid it is well built very heavy and all stainless and makes very little noise.

This grinder costs half what comparable models go for. It has plenty of power, the knives are good, just need to be sharpened. The castings needed to be cleaned up with a file, the plates needed finish filing to remove burrs in the holes. Once the finish work is done you have a good machine.

I was a little apprehensive about this machine because the price seemed too good. Best Choice Products shipped it and delivered in a few days. It took my wife and I to set it up as it is really heavy.When I dropped cubed pork into the tray, you did not even need to use the plunger as the grinder pulled the meat in. The powerful motor did not strain - same sound - it just spewed out the perfectly ground pork. The instructions were pretty sparse - one small page. We are looking forward now to be able to process many deer now that hunting season is starting.
