The Commission issued its report on July 22, 2004. It was met with wide acclaim.

This audio is excellent both in sound quality and narration. Grover Gardner's pace and smooth voice help listeners grasp the significance of the report without lulling you to sleep with a tedious monotone. Absolutely great.
