Scott Paul Frush, CFA, CFP, MBA is a leading authority on asset allocation policy and portfolio optimization using exchange-traded funds. He has helped individual, business, and institutional investors safeguard, grow, and insure their wealth for nearly two decades. Scott is founder, president, and chief portfolio strategist of Frush Financial Group (www.Frush.com) of Northville, Michigan.

Scott's professional hallmark is the engineering and sustainability of highly-diversified, low-cost, tax-efficient ETF portfolios under an optimal asset allocation policy and a disciplined rebalancing strategy.
