Perennial. Hardy to USDA zone 3. With beautiful edible lavender-pink flowers and delicate onion-flavored foliage, chives should be in every garden. I gave my sister in law a great herb pots and wanted to get her some nice herbs to plant in them. I bought these because the packaging is very well done and was more appropriate for gifting. She loved them.

These seeds are just what they say they are. I planted them at the beginning of the growing season and they came up beautifully and grew all summer. I am waiting to see if they will come back up again this spring. If not, there are plenty of seeds left to plant some more.
