How many self-help books does one need? How many does one actually read? For me, I try to find ones that speak to me, there are many on the market, but for me personally, I want to read ones that are realistic to where I am in my life and what I hope to gain from reading a specific book.

Common Denominators for Success is just the type of book that called out to me. When I received this book, I quickly grabbed my pink highlighter and sat down to read. This book was not only a wonderful read, it was easy to follow, it made total sense, and the formulas are actually doable. I found that this book was so full of amazing information that I went online to order a copy for my son and his wife, and for a couple of other family members. Common Denominators has seven universal formulas to get the results that YOU want, and then it has five core values.

How often in your life have you ever asked for a blueprint for success? How often have you told one of your children that they didn't come with an owners manual, we just are working through life by trial and error. Well, now you have a blueprint for success. This book provides powerful tools that are easy concepts to understand and apply in life.

I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a change, anyone who would like to realize his or her best potential. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a positive journey. The Author, Kenny Anderson, not only does he invite the reader to experience this book, he invites the reader to participate by practicing these formulas and values. I will keep this book in my professional office for my clients. This book is one of the best "self-help" type books that I have read in years.
On a scale of 1-10, I would give this book a 10! Thank you for the opportunity to read such a powerful, life changing book!

Common Denominators for SuccessThere are times when I see someone my age who has accomplished a lot more than I have and I feel behind and lazy because I haven't gotten to that point yet. There are times when I see a couple my husband and my age living in a very nice house with a couple nice cars, nice clothing, etc...then I see my husband and I...we are happily married, with a happy beautiful child and we at times live off of ramen, sandwiches and canned goods to make rent and bills. My point is; I find myself wondering, when is our hard work going to pay off? My adopted grandmother told me that when she and her husband were first married they were grateful for the two for one deals on burgers at the burger joint otherwise they would have gone hungry. And later when they had two kids they had to trade in the bottles to get the money for milk for the kids. They now live very nicely.

My point in saying all of this is I was glad to review this book because I was hoping for ideas and inspiration on how to make our dollar stretch a bit further. For my eyes to open up to what we are doing wrong. And it's funny because reading these guidelines was sort of an eye opener but so simple. Like stop making excuses. Be real. If you want it, especially if you know it will improve your lifestyle, make it happen. Another obvious tip that people tend to break all the time is spend less money than you make. Stop spending beyond your means. Also, you need to believe that you will make it to your goal. You will obviously have your down moments or days and feelings which is why you need to give yourself reminders why you're doing this. Because remember, success is not a matter of chance but of choice.

One of the things I can be glad to have been brought up with is "if it's something you really want, than go for it even if there are roadblocks. Because after that first roadblock you will feel more energized to get to your goal." That was something else in the book that is a great tip.

After reading this book I felt like using it as a day-to-day how-to guide to help our finances and help our success rate at wanting great credit, a home, car, etc. I haven't quite figured out how I would do that but if you have any ideas, let me knowJ

I fully enjoyed this book even though it was a self-help/financial book. I have gotten tired of reading only self-help books but I did enjoy and recommend this one and I hope you pick it up get something from it as well. Common Denominators for Success

This book contains seven different principles for how to live a successful life. It teaches you step by step how to attain what you need personally in order to live to your fullest potential and be happy.

Though most of this book is just plain old good sense, the manner in which it's presented gives you something to think about. Sometimes the most logical answers are the ones we ignore most repeatedly.

I've read a lot of self-help books in my lifetime. This is the first time that I've actually been moved to pull out a notebook and put the knowledge I was gaining to use. Most of the reason this book affected me is that I clearly agree with Anderson's attitude regarding life. Instead of him showing me a new way to look at life, I'm finding a new way to organize it.

Regardless of which stage of life you're in, there's something valuable in this book for you. Everyone excels at something and lacks in another area. These core concepts, as well as the abstract teachings and uplifting examples, will show you how to balance your life so that you excel in every area.
