Lorrie hargis has practiced in the holistic health field for more than ten years. She has studied aromatherapy extensively, previously teaching certification with the Aromatherapy Institute and Research. She has trained with renowned aromatherapists Victoria Edwards, Valerie Worwood and Patrick Collin. Lorrie owns and operates Jardin de la Terre in Bakersfield, California.

If you are just beginning or are more advanced in your research of the wonderful healing properties of essential oils, then Lorrie's book would be an excellent resource for you to use. It is an easy reader and with the charts Lorrie includes in the book you will soon be practicing some of the most simple techniques possible in your road to healing the body with the use of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy.
