I was very disappointed because I didn't receive a video in my package. I felt it was a rip-off and very deceptive!!!

I have taught this program for a year now and I can tell you that it is the best parenting program I have ever seen. This program really works. I have used it with my own children and have been amazed at the results. Buy this program - it really works!
