This could have been worse,
This review is from: Common Sense Police Supervision: Practical Tips for the First-Line Leader (Paperback)
This book is not well written; it needs a lot of editing. When it says "common sense police supervision," it means it. If your friends think you are a moron and have no common sense, this book is a must read. However, if you have any sense of the reality that surrounds you, don't bother.

Its a shame that the NJ CSC uses the book "Common Sense Police Supervision" as a tool to test police officers. Book was poorly written and super repetitive. For a 4th edition the book should have been proof read much better. ex. "on the lob" instead of "on the job." Many others. Book is going in the vertical file.....
