I enjoyed this book. It was simple and informative, full of good illustrations. I think it would be useful for someone trying to learn to communicate better.

This book arrived in okay condition but it arrived fast. I did not really learn much from it but it does have some interesting communication skills in it concerning from relationships to the workplace.

This book was shipped right away. I received it a few days before class started. I didn't find out what my next class was until the Thursday before class started the following week and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to order it and get it in time. The book was in good condition as stated.

This book was marked as used and in good condition when I ordered it, so I knew there would be some flaws. However the book arrived really dirty and with crumbs in the binding. I spent 10 mins wiping the book off with a wet paper towel and I was able to get alot of the dirt off. The book served it's purpose for what I needed it for, but it didn't give me a very good impression of the seller. Why would you send someone a book that dirty? USED does not mean dirty.

My book was Communicating Effectively by: Sandra Hybels and Richard Weaver the 8th edition(2007). I ordered it on 9-17-09 and I received the book on 9-19-09. I did pay the express shipping, but that was great! My class started on 9-22-09 so I needed it asap. The book was used and in very good condition. It was a great low price!

do not buy anything from this seller because he is not hosnest and the product does not come in full content. Took my money and gave me a bad product

I bought this book as a text book for my speech class. It seemed to be more of an exercise in group therapy and self evaluation than actual communication skills. Although I recognize the importance of knowing yourself and having a better understanding of the world, as an adult student, I found some of the exercises very intrusive into my personal life...and quite frankly none of my instructor's business.

If you really want to learn how to communicate effectively stick with Dale Carnegie!
