I purchased this book for a class on multicultural learners. It provided pertinent information about communication between different cultures and within the same culture. Although the book is out of print, I believe that the information it contains is still valuable to educators today.

I think I enjoyed this book more so than the class that I took on communication. It had very modern, practical examples of communication. It went beyond the question of communication among various cultural backgrounds, it also touched on how men and women communicate or don't.

This book came on time and was in good condition. I needed this book for school and got it in plenty of time before classes began. The owner was honest about condition and I did not mind the highlights. Thank you for making this purchase easy and effortless.
