4.0 out of 5 stars A Great Book, May 6, 2007
I purchased this book as supplemental reading on top of the course book for a first course in communications, hoping forward my understanding and gain a new perspective on the material. This book gave me just that. The tone the author uses is surprisingly lighthearted for a textbook titled Communication and Radar Systems - but this makes the book an easier read.

The concepts of convolution and other basic communication principles are clearly outlined. This is a great way to learn more about the field - even if it is often replaced by newer versions of other books.
