This textbook was well written and had real-time information that will be useful to me as I pursue my degree in Health & Human Services. It covers a broad range of topics including patient-centered care, use of the internet and and communicating with patients with low literacy. For me, making health care understandable and treating diverse populations will most likely be the avenue I take when I make my career change.

Buying this book on Amazon was a good choice. Although used, I could not tell the difference between my purchase and a new book. I am presently taking classes online, an I look forward to purchasing all available textbooks through Amazon. Keep up the good work and thank you for providing such excellent service.

great price, even though the review said that it was used it looked brand new!

My university had the older version of this book. I was able to locate the correct version online, although a photograph of the book would have been helpful I was able to assure the book was the correct version by looking at the pages provided.
